    • Mission and vision of the P.O.P. Movement and the P.O.P. 360 Community Restoration Project
    • Why it is important to have a POP 360 CR&JC Project Division in your community
    • Overview of the POP New Day Business Directory and how it can help build your business and your community
    • Overview of the Church & Community Directory and why it is important that your church get involved.
    • How to earn a revenue from referral bonuses for marketing the P.O.P Movements mission, vision and economic concept.
    • The importance of enrolling in LEE-ETA  and its role
  2. Understanding Your Role

    • Setting personal and professional goals aligned with the movement's objectives
    • Identifying opportunities for contribution and growth
  3. Engagement and Participation

    • Strategies for active involvement in projects and initiatives (Identify at least 10 - 50 people that you know that may be interested in becoming a member of the P.O.P. Movement & LEE-ETA whether to infuse the mission and vision of the movement 
    • Networking and collaboration with fellow participants. (Learn the importance of keeping a portion of your earrings inside of your community and to always infuse peer to peer purchasing power. This is how the mission and vision statement will come into fruition
  4. 30-120 Day Plan

    • 30-Day Goal Setting:

      • Understand the core values and mission of the P.O.P. Movement
      • Set a launch date for personal involvement in a project
      • Participate in introductory workshops and seminars
    • 60-Day Engagement:

      • Implement learned skills in real-world scenarios
      • Engage with mentors and peers for guidance and feedback
      • Participate in introductory conference and zoom calls, workshops and seminars
    • 90-Day Reflection and Launch:

      • Review and assess personal and professional growth
      • Set long-term goals and identify next steps for continued involvement
      • Participate in introductory conference and zoom calls, workshops and seminars

      • Continue participating in conference, zoom calls, workshops and seminars

      • Continue to share the vision of the P.O.P. Movement & its Initiatives with everyone you meet.
      • Start considering opening a Chapter /Division of the P.O.P 360 CR&JC Project in your community.
      • Start contacting other organizations and or churches to implement the P.O.P Ministry into your organization or ministry.
